Kitchen equipment fire extinguishing device
Today, along with rapid economic development and rising standard of living in China, frequent kitchen fire accidents cause tremendous losses to lives and properties of people. Statistics show that 80% of kitchen fires are caused by frying pans, in part due to ignition of fume hoods and oil stains inside discharge flues. The kitchen equipment fire extinguishing device （CMJS10-1-ZTQ/CMJS20-2-ZTQ）marketed by Zhengtianqi is a fire extinguishing device designed to particularly protect hot kitchen processing equipment (cooking stoves, fume hoods and discharge flues) in kitchens.
Fire detecting tube extinguishing device
As a new-type fire extinguishing device emerging worldwide in recent years, fire detecting tube extinguishing device has been widely recognized due to its unique advantages and ability to resolve fire protection issues with confined spaces such as electromechanical cabinets, cable ducts and cable shafts. Compared with traditional gas extinguishing systems, it combines detection with fire extinguishment function, eliminates the need for interaction with dedicated smoke and temperature detectors and delivers high-speed fire extinguishment. The fire detection function will not be weakened or misreport due to effects of oil, dust and smoke, immune to interference from electromagnetism, moisture and heat and dust, and providing safe and reliable protection for various electrical equipment.
Intelligent water cannons
Zhengtianqi Fire Equipment launched its electromechanically integrated automatic fire extinguisher product for the first time, called automatic tracking and locating jet fire extinguishing device (commonly known as automatic fire water cannon), a combination of computer technology, infrared and ultraviolet sensing technology, mechanical transmission technology and image transmission technology, capable to proactively detect the monitored range in an all-weather and automatic manner, immediately complete locating and extinguish fire through automatic spray once fire is detected, as well as to restart in case of re-ignition. This device is widely used in large spaces such as exhibition centers, malls, office buildings, hospitals, airports, railway stations, libraries, movie theaters, stadiums, factory buildings, warehouses, wholesale markets and docks.
IG100 gas extinguishing device
IG100 gas extinguishing device employs nitrogen (a main component of air) as the extinguishing agent, which is colorless, odorless, nontoxic and non-conducting. The release of extinguishing agent merely involves releasing gas from the Mother Nature back into Mother Nature, producing no ozone depletion potential or “greenhouse effect”, let alone any chemical substances that are harmful to the atmosphere. It is an ideal extinguishing agent. IG100 gas extinguishing system is environment-friendly, energy-saving, safe and low-priced when compared with conventional gas extinguishing systems.
Externally stored pressure heptafluoropropane extinguisher
The externally stored pressure heptafluoropropane extinguisher system functions by storing heptafluoropropane as the extinguishing agent in the liquid form inside the container and storing the compressed gas as ejection propellant of the extinguishing agent in another container at a higher pressure. As the extinguishing agent and expellant gas are stored in different containers, two problems can be resolved: first, the extinguishing agent is not in contact with nitrogen while stored, so no gas would be generated and solved in extinguishing agent due to nitrogen boosting; second, after the system startup, the pressure in the process of extinguishing agent delivery and ejection is always higher than its storage pressure, eliminating the phenomenon of steam and nitrogen precipitation from extinguishing agent, and thereby effectively addressing the two-phase flow of extinguishing agent in the delivery process. As a result, the extinguishing agent is stable in liquid form in the delivery process, and the expellant gas is always at the end of extinguishing agent, propelling liquid extinguish agent to rapidly move in the form of single-phase fluid in the pipeline. In this way, its speed is faster and more stable than stored-pressure systems and greatly increases the capacity of pipelines to deliver extinguishing agent s, thereby extending the delivery distance, increasing the ejection pressure of extinguishing agent and making it possible to deliver more extinguishing agent using thinner tubing.
