The year 2018 has kissed goodbye to us, and the hopeful year of 2019 has come. On the eve of New Year, Beijing Zhengtianqi Fire Equipment Co., Ltd held a New Year gathering entitled “wining in 2019” in Beijing on January 1, 2019, where leaders of the headquarters and offices and all Beijing employees got together to celebrate the grand occasion.
Chairman Mr. Dong Zian and Executive Deputy General Manager Mr. Liu Min attended the annual conference and delivered speeches. The stressful and busy year of 2018 has passed, with breakthrough growths made in contract amounts, shipments and collection of accounts receivable thanks to the leadership of the Group’s leadership and management and unremitting efforts of all employees, reaching the historical high. The company thanks all ZTQ people for their efforts and dedication. In 2019, we will pursue even higher targets and face greater opportunities of growth, so all ZTQ people are expected to work harder for greater achievements, something I believe we can achieve for sure. They joined ZTQ in 2018 and have been with us for less than one year, but they always do their jobs with a sense of ownership no matter what, reflecting the value of an ordinary employee in an ordinary job. The winners of this year’s best new employee award are Gong Yue from the personnel and administrative department; Zhang Mengting and Liu Yu from the marketing department; Xie Menglan from the sales department; and Li Xiaojie from the channel department.
Ordinary looking but extraordinarily charismatic, young but considerate and prudent, they refuse to be mediocre by dedication, they make success by focusing on detail and they show what means to be always progressing by hard working. They moved customers with professional and considerate services, won customers with techniques and responsibility, and conquered customers with sincerity and patience. They are outperformers and overachievers. The winners of this year’s management performance ward are Cai Ziqing, director of Wuhan office and Liu Wei, regional manager with the channel department.
Chengdu office and Hebei office showed what team truly means with solid actions and proved to the company that they are the indisputable best teams with business results.
For this annual conference, all departments have staged fascinating performances, interspersed with games and raffling sessions. With each prize raffled out, the annual conference reached one and another climax. The annual conference not only brought laughter to everyone but also allowed participants to come closer to each other in heart. Laughter, applauses and cheers undulated at the venue all the time, showing a happy and harmonious vibe of ZTQ as a big family along with one climax after another at the evening party.
