From March 25 to April 4, 2018, Beijing Zhengtianqi Fire Equipment Co., Ltd held its 5th new employee induction training session at the training center of its Zhuolu manufacturing base.
On the evening of March 25, the 5th training session’s opening ceremony officially started. Chairman Zhou Zian, Executive Deputy General Manager Liu Min, sales directors Ji Min and Chen Hui and directors of offices attended the opening ceremony.
At the opening ceremony, Chairman Zhou welcomed all new employees on behalf of the company, introduced the company’s blueprint and industry dynamics, and raised ardent hopes for trainees, expecting everyone to seriously participate in the training, master related knowledge and lay a solid foundation for future work.
This 11-day training session mainly covers corporate culture, industry and product knowledge, system design and application knowledge, equipment installation and debugging and sales knowledge.
During the training, the company’s CEO Ma Rui imparted marketing knowledge and shared career planning experience and inspirations with trainees.
The company’s excellent trainer team elaborately prepared specialized courses and imparted all-round knowledge to trainees. They also coached new employees patiently using nighttime and after-class hours.
The company had professional installation technicians train trainees’ hands-on abilities, allowing trainees to master the basic skills of product installation and debugging.

Zhengtianqi not only values the quality of training courses but also places high emphasis on appraisal of learning effectiveness. In a hard working spirit, most of trainees mastered the basic skills and knowledge and made outstanding achievements. The top three test takers are Yao Hongdong from Beijing sales department, Wang Ya from Beijing sales department and Liu Xiaojian from Chengdu office in a descending order. The company’s leader presented training completion certificate to those trainees who passed the training and issued bonus to those trainees who passed the exam with outstanding results.
During the training, the personnel and administrative department organized a wide range of after-class activities.
With the 5th new employee training session concluded, all trainees are expected to apply their acquired knowledge into practice, get onboard quickly and contribute to the company’s growth with great achievements!
