First of all, I really appreciate the company providing an opportunity of collective training to new employees of all regional offices across the country, and I am much honored to have participated in this training. I deeply understand that company has invested enormous human, material and financial resources in this training, which indicates the company’s great attention to employee training and reflects the company’s strategic guideline of “valuing and cultivating talented people”. As a new entrant in the fire safety industry, I cherish this training opportunity very much.
After the 12-day training, I gained a whole new understanding of this industry, which allowed me to develop strong interest in the gas fire extinguishing industry, as opposed to being a guy new to the fire safety industry. Thanks to the detailed explanations and patient guidance of trainers, I gained some knowledge about the corporate culture, finance, law, product, basics of fire safety, product design and application and sales skills. Meanwhile, I learned deeply and put into practice professional knowledge I will use in the future work. The training delivery is lively and easily understandable.
The training effectiveness suggests that company highly valued this training. Both the company’s leadership and trainers made numerous preparations, allowing us to fully feel the responsible attitude of the company towards employees during the training, and allowing us to work together as a team. We should have a right frame of mind, work harder and be more confident in the future work!
During this training, I seriously learned new professional knowledge and deeply understood that this professional knowledge would play a very critical role in my future career. I stood out as number achiever in this exam. This is a hard-won achievement, something that would be impossible without the help and patient guidance from trainers and colleagues, which I deeply appreciate. Every training day was full and stressful, and all knowledge imparted by trainers is useful to us in day-to-day work. The combination of theoretical knowledge impartment with case analysis allowed trainees to deeply memorize and appropriately apply acquired knowledge.
In return for what the company has done for us new employees, I will make every workday count and do my best to accomplish the objectives and assignments set by the company, and formulate my short-term, long-term and ultimate objectives at work according to the company’s overall objectives. I will develop feasible and actionable plans and programs and accomplish them according to schedule, qualitative and quantitative requirements. I will consult my seniors and colleagues when I encounter difficulties, use any favorable resources available to achieve my expected objectives, and make my own contribution to making the company the number one national brand. A good career development platform never comes easy, which is the key reason why I score the highest in the post-training exam. In fact, human level of intelligence is substantially the same, and the key to success depends on the attitude towards work and the level of hard work. Since I chose to join this industry, I feel compelled to work hard, achieve each job objective with a down-to-earth attitude and make a difference.
After the training, everyone is about to return to their respective jobs. I feel unwilling to part. Recalling the collective life of the past twelve days, apart from learning, there are also many memorable past things in spare time. The company’s personnel department arranged a wide range of wonderful group activities during our spare time, all designed to relax everyone amid stressful learning activities. These activities were also intended to allow all trainees to develop mutual understanding and become more able to work as a team. We had group competitions, group games and table tennis. These activities played a very crucial role in allowing everyone to get along with each other and laid a pivotal foundation for future regional cooperation. Here, I express my gratitude for that.
We have embarked on the journey back home, reluctant but gratified. Backed by the company’s powerful strength and name brand, a proven product mix and profound product knowledge, we are more confident in getting involved in our new jobs right away, as well as defeating rivalries in the industry.
